Welcome to autumn
Welcome to autumn. Is this season, the season of beautiful colours, autumnal Russet Reds, flame-tinged Oranges & earthy Brown shades weaving their way through the trees; often sunny days that make you feel positive and fresh; brisk breezes creating a crispness to the air that just lifts you and makes you feel glad to be alive; or maybe autumn has completely the opposite effect on you.

Rainy drizzly days and early dark evenings that get longer as each autumn day passes. Where did the sunshine go? In addition to everything else you may have had to deal with over recent times now the autumn too has had the audacity to bring an added grey cloud to your world.
Some of us during the latter months of the year tend to focus on the negative aspects of this season, which can in turn can create a lack of motivation, and add to an already low self- esteem. These may be days when you feel that it is not just the weather that is feeling miserable and down, maybe autumn brings with it a downturn in your own feelings and motivation. As if your get-up-and-go just got up and left.

If this is how autumn arrives for you be assured you are not alone. Many people get the autumn/winter blues, and this may be in addition to other life issues that are making it difficult for you to get back into the positive flow of life. But be assured there is a way forward, a way to change your thought processes and to help you get your zing back, aswell as helping you feel more motivated and better about both yourself and life in general.

Clinical Hypnotherapy has been used for decades to help lift client’s spirits and get them back on track. It can help you improve your motivation, your self-esteem and your confidence. It can also help you take back control of your life and it’s often a relatively quick route to a resolution of your low mood and negative feelings. It can help you reframe your thinking and refocus on the positive aspects of life.  So that you too can see the autumn as a beautiful, colourful and positive season, feeling stronger and ready to move on.

"If this is how autumn arrives for you be assured you are not alone. Many people get the autumn/winter blues, and this may be in addition to other life issues that are making it difficult for you to get back into the positive flow of life."
